Steps:
- Set the device clock.
- Install the DER cert in Device Info's Certificate Manager, then reboot.
- Set proxy host and port in webOS Archive Proxy or Proxy Set Basic.
WARNING: This proxy restores compatibility, but it bypasses normal HTTPS privacy. It is less secure than a public wifi network. Do not use it for anything sensitive.
