  1. Set the device clock.
  2. Install the DER cert in Device Info's Certificate Manager, then reboot.
  3. Set proxy host and port in webOS Archive Proxy or Proxy Set Basic.

WARNING: This proxy restores compatibility, but it bypasses normal HTTPS privacy. It is less secure than a public wifi network. Do not use it for anything sensitive.
